Information Collection and Use

– Payment for all services made on tobuz.com are upfront for sellers, buyers, brokers and franchises where applicable.
– Individuals or business who choose to make a payment for a paid service on tobuz.com agree to the terms and conditions of service where a refund is not applicable once the transaction has been approved by our payment gateway partners.
– Any dispute claim for any services can be made via our firstname.lastname@example.org and these will be dealt with a case to case basis by one resolution team.
– For recurring charges, if applicable, a user has the right to disable this option if or when available to stop recurring payments. If the user has previously agreed to recurring payments, he is solely responsible for the continuity of the service.
– If you have a fraud claim for unauthorized use of your credit card, please contact your bank or financial service provider.
– Refunds will be made only in case of any technical error with the subscribed package and the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. In no other scenario can a refund be claimed by the subscriber. If you request a refund, Tobuz International FZC will consider it based on our case by case policy provided if we deem it fair.
All payments are upfront, we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services once you have purchased or subscribed the service. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, neither in full nor partial. We strongly suggest that you go through detailed description of our services and other relevant content on our website before you make any payment to subscribe and/or purchase any of our services or packages. You may use our free options, as and when available, to test our services/products, however we do not guarantee that those free options will be available at all times to everyone.
Upgrades: You can upgrade your listing/advertisement any time and you will be charged on pro-rata basis for any listing/ advertisement. No downgrade of products or services is allowed under any circumstances and no refund either fully or partially will be granted.
