Mak Mak Family restaurant is located at the main road of central Kai Bae, Koh Chang, near big resorts like Awa, The Chill. Gajapuri and many more. Mak Mak is one of the biggest and most popular restaurants in Kai Bae. Located on a plot of approximately 800 m2 it has a half open restaurant area with place for at the moment 50 persons and a garden where we can settle at the moment 25 persons. However there is a lot room for extension. There is a big bar in the middle and a pool table in the back. Mak Mak is the only restaurant on Koh Chang that has two separated kitchens. One indoor for Thai food and one open kitchen outdoor where we make European food like Pizza, steak, pasta etc. and the only one with a children playground. Next to the Thai kitchen are two storage rooms. On the premises is an owner house with living room, storage room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Beside an owner house there are also 5 staff rooms. We sell the restaurant fully equipped so you can start directly. We are willing to support the new owner for one month about all the ins and outs.
