Tobuz is a platform if you wish to buy, sell or lease business and commercial properties or to be listed in as a broker, business service providers and franchisor and use the business valuation tool. You are automatically bound by all terms and policy on this website when you create an account.

The website has been launched to provide buyers and sellers of businesses, commercial properties, franchisee or franchisors, business service provider’s and a platform to advertise which may or may not be paid listings depending on the package purchased. Tobuz also provides a business valuation tools to sellers that gives an approximate value for their business, these are purely based on the information and numbers provided by the seller and Tobuz does not hold any liability on the selling price derived through this tool. This is completely the seller discretion to consider this as the final selling price

The message communications on the website is solely for business purpose and not for any other use. Tobuz is only a platform to liaison the communication between the different users and will not and can not be held liable for lack of responsiveness from either parties. Its purely at the individual’s discretion whether to respond or not

You certify the content of your advertisement to be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and agree to assure Tobuz LLC against all costs, loses, demands or proceedings it may cause directly or indirectly either as a consequence of your use of the website and/or due to your compulsions according to the law of the country where your listing is added.
  3. It is solely upon the good judgement of Tobuz LLC that the placement of any listing within the index of various categories is decided.
  4. Tobuz LLC is exempted from scrutinizing buyers, sellers and brokers of this website. It is highly recommended that you probe and validate them on your own before carrying out any business.

  6. Tobuz LLC reserves the right not to upload any listing if we, in our rationale, consider it a violation of the rules.
  7. Tobuz LLC reserves the right to edit any business/commercial property listing if we, in our rationale, consider it to improve the website’s eminence. Since seller’s contact details are not allowed inside any listing and all buyer messages are delivered to them via the website, we reserve the right to remove any contact details included in the listing.

    • No businesses that are contravening the child labor laws

Additional Terms for Brokers/Intermediaries/business services

  1. Register as a broker if you wish to sell a commercial property, business, business opportunity or franchise as an intermediary and not in your personal capacity.
  2. A broker account is allowed to advertise commercial properties or business listings only under its authority and should not be shared with any other intermediary without our overt permission.
  3. You certify and acknowledge your complete authority and permission, provided directly by the owner, to advertise a certain property/business on this website, and that you are not advertising it by simply ripping it off another broker without explicit permission.
  4. Tobuz LLC owns the copyright of this website and all the information present on it for the users’ convenience. Additionally, Tobuz LLC has complete rights to utilize the data accumulated on such websites for advertisement purposes to any party who approaches us for advertisement. We fully comply with the regulations set by the UAE Data Protection laws while going through private user data. Ascertain your awareness of the Terms and Conditions prior to reaching out to a seller on this website by paying special attention to the Disclaimer. Tobuz LLC established this website for parties interested in owning commercial properties, businesses, business prospects or contracts through direct contact with the sellers who place ads on this website. Tobuz LLC does not provide any verification system to check the authenticity or reliability of a seller, broker or buyer. Hence, it is advised that you conduct a proper investigation into their claims via professional or personal means before sealing the deal.

  3. You concur to support Tobuz LLC against any and all statements, deeds, events, requirements, expenses, damages or shortcomings you may encounter in connection with the usage of this website.

Payments Policy

We commence services once the advance payment for subscription has been provided in full.

  1. Our method of payment of subscription fees is credit and debit cards if another arrangement has not been agreed upon previously. It may be viewed in several currencies including USD, NZD, PKR, INR, AED, SGD, BHD, OMR, KD, SR, THB, BDT, South African Rand, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars and British Pounds Sterling, but the final amount will be charged in Arab Emirates Dhiram (AED). This is determined by the nature of the service and which country you reside and the listing is made. Other than this, there may be some local taxes to be paid if any.
  2. If you are paying an international fee, they may be bank charges depending on your bank’s policy. Tobuz LLC does not demand any additional charges for making an international payment. Any extra fee added to the total payment is attributed solely to your bank’s policy not Tobuz LLC so we suggest that you make related inquiries with your bank.
  3. Kindly establish that your payment card information is valid and updated. If any details are found to be incorrect or outdated, we must regretfully delay your subscription and listing(s) until this issue has been rectified by you personally and payment received by Tobuz. To proceed, please visit or mail our office at: Tobuz LLC, SHAMS Sharjah or email us at contact@tobuz.com. Alternatively, you may update the payment card information on the payment gateway for your Tobuz account. In case any payments were due at the time of your account’s suspension, they must be paid in full.
  4. If you wish to unsubscribe, please consult your account manager if they exist, click on the cancellation links located in your dashboard at Tobuz.com or contact our office at: Tobuz LLC, SHAMS. Sharjah or email us at contact@tobuz.com.  Tobuz LLCrequires your cancellation notice at least a week before the date of your subscription renewal to ensure you are not charged anymore for subscription or advertisement.
  5. ’Visa and Master Card in AED and USD will be accepted for payment’’
  6. ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
  7. ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’
  8. ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’

  10. The customer will receive a notification and confirmation via email from the payment gateway within 24 hrs of making the payment.

The customer will receive the SMS from Tobuz as the payment is successful within 24 hrs from making the payment.  Only after the payment is successful that the customer can do the paid listing  and access the paid features on the Tobuz website.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

 Refunds will be made only in case of any technical error with the subscribed package and the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. In no other scenario can a refund be claimed by the subscriber. If you request a refund, Tobuz LLC will consider it based on our case by case policy provided if we deem it fair.

All payments are upfront, we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services once you have purchased or subscribed the service. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, neither in full nor partial. We strongly suggest that you go through detailed description of our services and other relevant content on our website before you make any payment to subscribe and/or purchase any of our services or packages. You may use our free options, as and when available, to test our services/products, however we do not guarantee that those free options will be available at all times to everyone.

Upgrades: You can upgrade your listing/advertisement any time and you will be charged on pro-rata basis for any listing/ advertisement. No downgrade of products or services is allowed under any circumstances and no refund either fully or partially will be granted.

When you purchase and/or upgrade our products/service, we believe that you have read and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
