Located in Al Hayl, the industrial district of Fujairah, a state-of-the-art central production kitchen is available for sale. Opened in 2013, the facility is one of the largest central production kitchens in Fujairah and is a fully equipped and operational kitchen approved by Fujairah Municipality with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certification. The facility has the capacity to produce up to 20,000 meals per day and comes with firefighting and CCTV equipment.
The facility is ground floor plus mezzanine distributed as follows:
- Kitchen Block – 640 sq. m
- Office Floor - 200 sq. m
- Other MEP Services – 175 sq. m
The ground floor includes a hot & cold production lines, butchery, bakery & pastry section, pot wash area, walk in chillers and freezers, store room, packing & dispatch area, loading/unloading area, changing rooms and toilets. The mezzanine level includes fully furnished office space, a meeting room, a kitchenette/dining area and toilets.
