This is Farrukh yousuf from Karachi. I own an Online Store at Gulshan. Running from May 16 till present. We have wealthy orders daily on less campaign budget and have properly managed staff regarding. budget.
We have an account in Leopard and that is already managed and traceable.
Due to more capital investment issue, i have to quit this business operation as sooner as possible
GENERAL OVERVIEW:-
Right now we are dealing mostly in Men and Women’s Wear. We have different other products but core are men women Kurtis and shalwar kameez. We conduct two to three shoots in a month in our office.
This is the only product which we buy in bulk else we have vendors regarding each product where we deal order to order we don’t need to buy them in bulk.
Our staff includes CSR which Is concerned to deal the customers, handle the inquiries, order booking, product packing, leopard account reconciliation, trace the pending consignments and she also upload products on website.
There is an EDITOR who makes banners and edits the photos after shoot. He also knows photography so he conducts the Model Shoot session as well.
We have hired a Marketing Agency as well namely Hybrid(Sameer). He runs our campaigns and also advices us when and which Ad should run. He also assigns us an Ad set Budget accordingly.
We have a RIDER who buys the products from our Vendors and he also search new products in market on daily basis. He also collects cheques from Leopard Head office.

Moazam ( Designer + Photographer):- 18000
Sameer( Marketing):- 15% of total campaign budget.
Mudasir(Rider):- 12000+3000(Petrol)
Total=48000 salaries excluding Sameer(Marketing)
Office Rent:-
Office rent per month is 12000/-
Electricity bill up-to 3000/-
PTCL and Internet Bill:- 3000/-
Thus, total fixed expenses are = 66000 to 70000 per month.
Sales:-
We started working on website by mid June. Before we were running facebook page.
We made our website when we had 4 to 5 orders daily on facebook page.
Currently we have total sales on website of two to three months is 423700/= Facebook campaign cost per product is Rs 150/product ($1.41/unit).

Computers = 16000 to 20000
Camera and Studio setup = 60000 to 65000
Dummies:- 8000-10000
Office Deposit:- 45000
Printer:- 12000
Chairs:- 15000 to 20000
Fans:- 8000 to 10000
